Learn how to make homemade sauerkraut during this hand’s on program with Adrienne Fox. Adrienne will talk about the process, do some demonstrations, and help you make a quart of sauerkraut to take home before the class is over. Registration for the class is required as the class size is limited. To register stop by or call the library at 637-7151.
