On March 27, 2025, Library Board President Kathy Hanson presided over her final board meeting. After nearly 20 years of service Kathy retired from her position on the board.
Over half of her time on the Library Board was spent as the President.
While serving on the Board of Directors Kathy was instrumental in the library construction project, developing a strategic plan, and supporting the growth of the library operations. Kathy will always be remembered for her years of leadership, hard work, and dedication to the McIntosh Memorial Library.
