“Kitchens of the Great Midwest” Book Discussion & Potluck

Join us at McIntosh Memorial Library for a discussion of “Kitchens of the Great Midwest” by J. Ryan Stradal. This heartwarming novel tells the story of how food can connect us all. Get ready to indulge in delightful tales of culinary passion and community as we explore the vibrant world of Midwest cuisine together.

Starting in October, the first 20 patrons to register may pick up a free copy of the book to keep. These books were made available through the generosity of emplify HEALTH by Gundersen. In exchange, participants agree to attend the discussion on Tuesday, November 18th 2025, from 5:30-6:45pm in the Program Room. Everyone is also asked to bring a dish to share for the potluck. Don’t miss this chance to enjoy a great read, good conversation, and delicious food with your community!
