Beginning Watercolor Painting

Begin learning to paint with watercolors with artist Anne Butera in this three week series.  During the class you will learn about different types of materials and the properties of watercolor. You’ll begin mixing colors and discover the endless variations possible from a few basic colors. Anne will help you choose a subject to paint and show you how to simplify it to make the painting process easier.  All materials for the class will be provided by the library.  Registration is required as the class size is limited.  Children aged 10-12 should attend with an adult who will also participate. We request that if you register for the class you attend all three weeks.
